Welcome to Our World recognizes that mentorship between novice and experienced nurses has been well documented as essential to a healthy student-professional transition. This page will offer opportunities and resources to support the local connections between new and experienced nurses. Acting as a content consultant, NTF will offer comprehensive frameworks of support for newly graduated nurse supporters (mentors, preceptors, managers and clinical educators) to use in facilitating orientation and integration programs within the workplace.
It is through unifying collaboration around the ongoing challenges to workplace transition and integration that will advance and evolve nursing practice.
