Nailing The Interview

Jhunell De Rivera is a Human Resources Consultant for Corporate and Regional Services at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA). He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba (MDAM), advocating for mental health awareness within newcomer and immigrant communities.

Previously, Jhunell was seconded to Shared Health MB as the Settlement Services Lead for the Philippines Recruitment Initiative (PRI), a project in partnership with the Government of Manitoba. In this role, he managed the Settlement and Human Resources Workstream for Internationally Educated Nurses, supporting their pathways to becoming Health Care Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses across all Regional Health Authorities in Manitoba.

Beyond healthcare, Jhunell has extensive experience in HR and recruitment across various industries. Notably, he previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for a technology company based out of Toronto and Vancouver.

Adunia Weldetensaie is a committed Human Resource Consultant at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA), with expertise in recruitment, talent management, and professional development. Known for her proactive approach to recruiting, she has a strong track record of successfully matching candidates with top clients and leading transformative projects. Adunia is passionate about creating inclusive work environments and offering mentorship to support individuals in their professional growth. She brings with her a background in fast-paced recruitment and leadership roles in the financial industry, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver outstanding results.
