Includes virtual and ON-SITE workshops on leadership to address the evolving leadership needs of NGNs and RGNs;
Includes weekend forums with guest speakers (mini conference) with a focus on leadership;
The Incubator will be hosted as a PRE-CONFERENCE session prior to the Annual Workplace Integration of New Nurses (WINN) Conference.

Master Classes From Nursing Leaders
Leaning In consists of a series of interviews and Master Classes from Nursing Leaders. The goal of these sessions is to advance research, innovation and grassroots practice initiatives through knowledge translation and dissemination, professional mentorship, and leadership skill building.
