The Incubator

A Nursing Leadership Capacity Institute
The Incubator consists of workshops addressing and evolving the leadership needs of new and recently graduated nurses. The next Incubator will occur as a PRE-CONFERENCE Workshop of the Workplace Integration for New Nurses (WINN)/Nursing The Future (NTF) Annual Conference in Vancouver, August 2022.
