New Blog: Internationally Educated Nurses

In this blog, Dr. Edward Cruz discusses the transition of Internationally Educated Nurses (IEN) into the Canadian workforce.

Dr. Cruz is a professor at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Cruz first completed his Bachelor in Science of Nursing in the Philippines, and later moved to Ontario where he bridged his education into Canadian nursing education. Since then, he has completed his BSN at Athabasca University, followed by a Masters in Educational Management (Polytechnic University of the Philippines), Masters of Science in Nursing (York University) and his PhD in Dental Science & Microbiology (Niigata University, Japan).
