Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership
This allows institutions or regions to purchase ANY combination of category of memberships at larger volumes (groups of 100/order) and at a cost savings. Adding the 'Survival Kit' option is a GREAT gift package for new graduates (mark this option when completing the application form) and includes a book bag, lanyard, survival manual and pen. This visible show of support could be part of a 'Welcome to Nursing' celebration during their orientation.
The corporate membership application process was designed to make the acquisition of large volumes of memberships simple and straightforward. Corporate membership is an advantage because you get a break on the cost of memberships (see the Membership Fee Structure located on the General Information page). You choose how many of each membership you want and then you are given sub-codes for all the selected memberships. The computer simply keeps track of the individual submissions and when your chosen allotment is getting near completion it will send you a reminder message that your purchased quota is reaching expiry. Upon receipt of payment, NTF will send you all the resources at once (either manuals or ‘packages’) so that you control the distribution (SHIPPING fees will be added to total Corporate Membership Fees and will vary according to location). We suggest that you have the potential members complete the online corporate application form (with their specific sub-code) and you can keep track of the sub-codes for your own records. Once that individual member submits their online application information in the appropriate category of membership (new graduate, pregraduate or associate), they will be sent an email message informing them that they have received a corporate membership from your organization. We suggest that you ask them to bring you that emailed sheet to exchange for their manual/package.
